Signing up and verifying your email takes around 3 minutes. The matching puzzles take about 10–15 minutes to complete — there’s no deadline, you can pause and come back.
Some puzzles have a short countdown to capture your instinctive reaction — that’s the point. There are no right or wrong answers, and your results reflect how you think, not how fast you are.
Yes. Any couple can sign up together. Just choose Relationship Hub when you sign up and invite your partner by email — no matching or puzzles required.
Yes, both partners need a free account. Setup takes a couple of minutes, and the Hub is built around small, quick moments together — not homework. Your partner can use it on a web browser without downloading anything.
Either partner can send a request to end the Relationship Hub. If you both agree, the Hub is permanently deleted for both of you — including the journal, chat, reminders and photos. If the request isn't cancelled within 7 days, the person who sent it can end the Hub without the other person's agreement. Either partner can cancel a pending request at any time. "Let's talk first" dismisses the in-app notice but doesn't cancel the request. You can download your own journal entries from the journal page at any time before the Hub is deleted. If you don't feel safe, there's an immediate exit option that ends the Hub right away without needing agreement. Your individual accounts stay open regardless.
Yes, MindMatch is for everyone. In your match preferences you can set who you’d like to meet: Men, Women, Non-binary people, or Everyone. Gender options when signing up include Man, Woman, Non-binary and Prefer not to say. The Relationship Hub is open to any couple.
Your data is stored securely in Australia (AWS Sydney). No ads — we never sell your data. You can delete your account at any time.
